    store bought graham pie crust
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 small
    container, greek plain yogurt
  • 5
    packs, stevia
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg

How to Make Healthyfied Strawberry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a blender combine all ingredients ( room temperature)
  3. pour into store bought crust, bake for 45 mins.
  4. meanwhile, in a small pot, cut up 1 cup fresh strawberries and combine with 1/2 cup water and 5 packets of Stevia...simmer and reduce to half...pour over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate at least 1 hour or as long as over night....
