frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
8 oz
low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt, greek style is the best
3/4 c
fat-free milk

How to Make Healthy breakfast smoothie


  • 1Place bananas, berries, yogurt and milk into blender, cover, blend until thickened and smooth.
