I make this when I want something healthy for breakfast, but don't have much time. Very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 - ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 8 ounces low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt, greek style is the best
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk

How To Make healthy breakfast smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place bananas, berries, yogurt and milk into blender, cover, blend until thickened and smooth.
