    ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 8 oz
    low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt, greek style is the best
  • 3/4 c
    fat-free milk

How To Make healthy breakfast smoothie

    Place bananas, berries, yogurt and milk into blender, cover, blend until thickened and smooth.
