- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 medium nectarine, sliced about 1 cup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

How To Make grilled cobblers
-
Step 1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the milk; beat 30 seconds. In a 9-inch round foil cake pan, melt butter on grill over medium heat. Pour batter over butter in pan. Top with nectarine and blueberries. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and the cinnamon. Cover grill; cook about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Move cobbler to side of the grill to keep warm after it is baked.
