- 1 can crushed pineapple, 22 oz. undrained
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding
- 1 cup miniature marshmellows
- 1/2 cup pecans/walnuts, chopped
- 1 can mandarin oranges, small/drained/chopped
- 1 package cool whip, 9 oz.

Step 1Mix the first five ingredients. Gently fold in the cool whip and refrigerate! She did not put the mandarin oranges, I added this later...makes for great color and taste. =)
