Ingredients For georgia peach melba crisp

16 ozfrozen, sliced peaches, slightly drained

1 cfresh raspberries

1/4 cfreshly squeezed orange juice

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbspall purpose flour
- TOPPING

1/2 call purpose flour

2/3 cold fashioned oats
-
1/4 csplenda no calorie sweetener, granulated

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 csliced almonds

1 1/4 cstick margarine, cubed
How To Make georgia peach melba crisp

1PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. Set aside.

2PLACE all filling ingredients into a large bowl. Toss fruit gently. Transfer to prepared baking pan. In another bowl, place all topping ingredients except margarine. Stir to mix. With fingertips, squeeze margarine with flour mixture to form small, moist crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.

3BAKE crisp until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 45-55 minutes.

4SERVE warm or at room temperature. Feel free to top with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!
