Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen, sliced peaches, slightly drained
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup splenda no calorie sweetener, granulated
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/4 cups stick margarine, cubed

Step 1PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 2PLACE all filling ingredients into a large bowl. Toss fruit gently. Transfer to prepared baking pan. In another bowl, place all topping ingredients except margarine. Stir to mix. With fingertips, squeeze margarine with flour mixture to form small, moist crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.

Step 3BAKE crisp until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 45-55 minutes.

Step 4SERVE warm or at room temperature. Feel free to top with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!
