fruit stuffed french toast
My son wanted something different to eat and I wanted to surprise him with something special. So off to the kitchen I went and just started to throw things together and the results were amazing! You can use probably any fresh fruit you would like with this. I preferred to use strawberries as that is my son's favorite and mine too. These came out with just a hint of sweetness, which in my book just a hint is just fine with me. You can adjust it to your liking of course. My son definitely wants these more often now! Try these for breakfast or even dessert!

This is an impressive French toast recipe to serve at a special occasion or brunch. I used strawberries this time, but can't wait to try it with other fruit.
