I always trust this dessert when someone comes in for dinner.

Serves:
6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    gelatin, unflavored
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 6 box
    fruit juice (i choose apple & eve fruitables berry berry juice
  • 16 oz
    strawberries,sliced
  • 6 oz
    raspberries
  • 6 oz
    blackberries

How to Make Fruit Juice Gelatin Cutouts

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl,mix gelatin and honey with the juice from 2 boxes.
  2. Pour the juice from the remaining 4 juice boxes into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour into the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Arrange berries on the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch pan.
  6. Pour the gelatin mixture over the berries.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Cut into fun shapes with cookies cutters.
