Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm can evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
- 1/3 cup water
- About 2 cups fruit of your choice (peaches, blueberries, blackberries, apples, etc.)
How To Make fruit cobbler

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Add stick of butter to a loaf pan and put in the oven to melt.

Step 2While the butter melts, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, Evaporated milk and water together.

Step 3Remove loaf pan from the oven. Pour the mixture into the pan with the butter, DO NOT MIX.

Step 4Add desired fruit, DO NOT STIR.

Step 5Bake for 45 mins to an hour, until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
