baking powder
1/4 tsp
1 sm can(s)
evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
1/3 c
About 2 c
fruit of your choice (peaches, blueberries, blackberries, apples, etc.)

How to Make Fruit Cobbler


  • 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Add stick of butter to a loaf pan and put in the oven to melt.
  • 2While the butter melts, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, Evaporated milk and water together.
  • 3Remove loaf pan from the oven. Pour the mixture into the pan with the butter, DO NOT MIX.
  • 4Add desired fruit, DO NOT STIR.
  • 5Bake for 45 mins to an hour, until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
