- 1/2 cup white sugar or splenda
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces
How To Make fruit cobbler

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.

Step 2Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
