Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    white sugar or splenda
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces

How to Make Fruit Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
