white sugar or splenda
1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1/2 c
skim milk
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
salt
2 c
of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces

How to Make Fruit Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.
  • 2Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
