kiwi fruits (firm)
2 Tbsp
honey
•juice of 4 oranges with pulp

How to Make "Froutosalata" Mixed Fruit, Orange Juice & Honey

Step-by-Step

  • 1Note:
    1. To avoid any pesticides or chemicals fruit has now a days it is advised to peel all fruits. Except, of course if you buy from your local farmers market & they're really fresh .
    2.Feel free add any other fruit you may like.
  • 2Wash and peel all the fruit. Cut into fairly small pieces. Place in a large salad bowl. Mix orange juice and honey and pour over the fruit. Toss and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with feta, cottage cheese or any other cheese you prefer. Serve in individual bowls.
    Enjoy!!!
