fresh blueberry cobbler
My family loves Blueberries, so I was experimenting on cobblers and my husband decided after all of the ones that I played with, this was the one he liked the best. It has more of a cake type texture. Goes really well with ice cream or whipped topping.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted (melted)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup plain flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (sprinkle over berries and let set for 15 minutes)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh
How To Make fresh blueberry cobbler

Step 1Place blueberries in a medium sized bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon and lime juice. Stir to incorporate, set aside.

Step 2In bowl, add top 6 ingredients, mixing together just until well incorporated.

Step 3Place berry mixture in a 9 inch baking dish. Pour crust mixture over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
