Fresh Blueberry Cobbler
1/2 cbutter, unsalted (melted)
1 cplain flour, sifted
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 csugar (sprinkle over berries and let set for 15 minutes)
1 1/2 tspcinnamon (optional)
1 Tbsplime juice
2 cblueberries, fresh
How to Make Fresh Blueberry Cobbler
- Place blueberries in a medium sized bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon and lime juice. Stir to incorporate, set aside.
- In bowl, add top 6 ingredients, mixing together just until well incorporated.
- Place berry mixture in a 9 inch baking dish. Pour crust mixture over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
