If you need dessert in a hurry, this is the one. Made with ingredients most of us have on hand, it couldn't be easier, and easy on the budget as well. I'm making this tonight.

(29 oz.) peach slices, drained
3/4 c
quick cooking oats
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
all purpose flour
6 Tbsp
butter, slightly softened
vanilla ice cream

How to Make ELLEN'S EASY PEACH CRISP

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the drained peach slices in a single layer in an 8" round baking dish.
  • 2Combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and butter. Mixture will be coarse. Sprinkle over peaches.
  • 3Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven till topping is crisp, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
