- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar (if you prefer less sugar, use one cup)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
- - dash of salt
- 4 cups fruit (frozen fruit works best)
- - baking dish (3 qt. at least)
How To Make easy yummy cobbler

Step 1Melt the stick of butter in the baking pan you will use for baking. Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla and pour over melted butter but do not stir!

Step 2Pour 4 cups fruit over mixture and sprinkle with remaining one cup sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3Note: I like to mix peaches and berries for this cobbler. I prefer 2 cups of sugar as the frozen fruit is not always "sweet" for our taste. You can also double this recipe for a large crowd serving.
