One day I wanted to make an apple crunch casserole, but only had canned apples, so I tried them along w/ some wild blueberries and it came out so good, I ended up having to make another dish of it. It went THAT fast!
1Heat oven to 350 Spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Spread the apple pie filling over bottom of casserole dish. In medium bowl, combine blueberries and sugar, mix well. Spoon over apple mix. In another lg bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites until combined. Spread batter evenly over fruit mix. Sprinkle evenly w/ walnuts. Bake 45-50 min or until bubbly.
