Easy Strawberry Angel Food Trifle

Strawberries in the market aren't very tasty out of season, so I used strawberries from my freezer to make this yummy dessert.

    angel food cake cubed
  • 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed. can use fat free.
  • 2 c
    frozed strawberries, thawed
  • 1/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/3 c

How to Make Easy Strawberry Angel Food Trifle


  1. Combine water and cornstarch and set aside. Puree strawberries. Place pureed strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar. Heat until boiling and add cornstarch mixture. Return to a boil and remove from heat. Cool completely.
  2. Layer in glass bowls: angel food cake, strawberry mixture, whipped cream. Repeat. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with strawberry mixture. Serve.
