Ingredients
- 2 21oz cans of your favorite canned fruit/pie filling
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg-optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees

Step 2Prepare your choice of fruit mixture as indicated in ingredients list. Cover bottom of buttered cake pan with mixture.

Step 3Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together in bowl. Cut butter in dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping over fruit and bake in a moderate oven. Serve warm, plain or with whipped or ice cream. Square pan: 8 inch or 6 cups. Cooking time: About 30 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
