Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit ie blackberries, blue berries, peaches ect
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick or instant)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How To Make easy fruit cobbler

  • Step 1
    using a glass loaf pan cover bottom of pan with fruit sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice
  • Step 2
    cut butter into chunks put in corners and in three places in center
  • Step 3
    mix flour sugar and milk and pour over fruit
  • Step 4
    mix brown sugar and rolled oats and sprinkle over top
  • Step 5
    bake at 350 till golden brown and knife comes out clean from batter
