Ingredients

  • 2 c
    fresh fruit ie blackberries, blue berries, peaches ect
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats (quick or instant)
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make easy fruit cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. using a glass loaf pan cover bottom of pan with fruit sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice
  2. cut butter into chunks put in corners and in three places in center
  3. mix flour sugar and milk and pour over fruit
  4. mix brown sugar and rolled oats and sprinkle over top
  5. bake at 350 till golden brown and knife comes out clean from batter
