  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 21 oz
    can cherry pie filling

How to Make Easy Cherry Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Place margarine in an 8x8 glass baking pan. Set in a 325 degree oven to melt.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk; mix well with a wire whisk. Pour over melted margarine; DO NOT STIR!
  3. Spoon pie filling on top of batter; DO NOT STIR!
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, until golden. Serve warm.
