Ingredients For dessert

  • 3 c
    fruit juice from the fruit
  • 2 lg can
    pineapple tib bits
  • 1 lg can
    sliced peaches
  • 1 c
    sliced seedless grapes (white or red)
  • 1- 16 oz
    light cool whip
  • 2 box
    cream cheese
  • 1 box
    of knox unflavored gelatine all 4 packs
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallow
  • 1-15 oz
    canned mandarin oranges
  • 4 box
    sugar free jello ( i use strawberry )

How To Make dessert

    Fix the sugar free Jello according to package put in a large bowl, put in the fridge until set . Put all the fruit in a strainer over a large bowl to save the juice. put the fruit in a large bowl sprankle all 4 packs of the Knox Gelatine over the fruit and stir. Heat the juice until it comes to a boil then pour the juice over the fruit and mix well. put in the fridge until set I let the fruit and Jello set over night

    The next morning take the cream chees out and let set at room temp for about 30 minutes. Take the fruit from the bowl and cut into small peaces then put in a very large bowl. Mix the coolwhip and cream cheese until creamy then add to the fruit and fold together.

    Take the Jello and also cut into small peaces and add to the fruit mixture and fold all together. This is a cool and refreshing dessert.
