This pie is a breeze, I got it from a book about Reflux and what to eat. I love to enjoy the same things i use to but now i have to change things around.. And thanks goodness to this great change...

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon or orange liqueur
- 1 1/4 cups graham crackers crumbs
- FILLING:
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk fat free
- 1 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 21 ounces can of cherry pie filling
How To Make creamy cherry pie

Step 1combine butter, 2 tbs. fat free sour cream and lemon or orange liqueur in a food processor and pulse briefly just until blended. Press mixture in bottom of a 9 inch pan and set aside.

Step 2Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and 1 cup of sour cream to mixing bowl and beat on low until smooth and creamy. Spread over prepared crust.

Step 3spoon cherry pie filling over cream mixture using a small dinner spoon. Bake for 18 minutes or until filling appears to be nicely set. Let cool about 30 minutes. Then Refrigerate until completely cool. Serves 12
