Ingredients

  • 1 - store bought sponge cake
  • 8 ounces blueberry cream cheese
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 - blueberry/brown sugar newton cookies (crushed)

How To Make creamy blueberry torte

  • Step 1
    Mix the pudding mix with milk
  • Step 2
    Add the Blueberry Cream cheese – mix well
  • Step 3
    Next add the whipped topping
  • Step 4
    Cook the blueberries with the sugar to form syrup. Cooks about 5 minutes. Cool it down before using.
  • Step 5
    Crush the blueberry cookies in baggie
  • Step 6
    Spread the pudding mixture over cake
  • Step 7
    Pour the blueberries over cream mixture.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle cookies over the top of cake
  • Step 9
    Dollop whipped topping in center of cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
