Creamy Berry Burritos
1 pkg4 serving size instant vanilla pudding
8 ozcool whip
2 csliced strawberries
107 inch flour tortillas
1/2 cmelted margarine or butter
How to Make Creamy Berry Burritos
- in a medium bowl combine milk and pudding mix. beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute, let stand for 5 minutes. fold in 2 cups of the cool whip. reserve a few berries for garnish and stir the rest into pudding mixture.
- in a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. brush both sides of tortillas with margarine. sprinkle one side of each tortilla with sugar mixture. bake on ungreased cookie sheet sugar side up in a 350 degree preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly. let stand for 5 minutes.
- spoon some of the pudding mixture onto the center of each tortilla and roll up. top with some of the reserved berries and cool whip. Feel free to use your favorite berry whether it be strawberry, blueberry, raspberries, etc...
