cranberry crunch (abt. 1964-7)
This was written into my HS notebook later -- after I had learned how to write a recipe. It sounds delicious and uses that really odd ingredient "canned cranberry sauce" -- not many recipes for that stuff LOL!!

- 1 cup uncooked oatmeal (regular not instant)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 can cranberry sauce #2 can
How To Make cranberry crunch (abt. 1964-7)

Step 1Mix oatmeal, flour, and brown sugar

Step 2Cut in the butter

Step 3spread half of mixture in 8x8 greased and floured baking pan

Step 4spread cranberry sauce over this

Step 5top with remaining mix

Step 6Bake 350 for 45 minutes

Step 7Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
