This was written into my HS notebook later -- after I had learned how to write a recipe.

It sounds delicious and uses that really odd ingredient "canned cranberry sauce" -- not many recipes for that stuff LOL!!

How to Make Cranberry Crunch (abt. 1964-7)


  1. Mix oatmeal, flour, and brown sugar
  2. Cut in the butter
  3. spread half of mixture in 8x8 greased and floured baking pan
  4. spread cranberry sauce over this
  5. top with remaining mix
  6. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
  7. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
