  1. Stove-top: Poach Fruit in 1/4 Cup Wine.
  2. Add Cinnamon, let simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Microwave Method: Cook Apple or Pear, Sprinkle with Cinnamon, Microwave on high for 45 second's.
