I found this amongst pages of recipes that I was cleaning. I forgot all about it and how could I? It was so delicious!!

1 c
minute rice white or brown
1 can(s)
apple pie filling
1 c
brown sugar-divided
1 tsp
1/2 c
1/2 c
walnuts chopped
1 1/2 c
rolled oats
2 Tbsp


1Prepare rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
2Combine rice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, apple pie filling, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts in a bowl. Pour into prepared dish. In same bowl prepare 1/2 cup brown sugar and oats. Blend in butter mixing well until mixture is moist.
3Sprinkle over rice mixture. Bake 20 minutes.
