How to Make Chinese Turnovers
- 1Place a couple of tablespoons of pie filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- 2Wet the outer edges of the egg roll wrapper.
- 3Fold the wrapper in half, over the filling, to form a triangle. Press the wet edges together to seal.
- 4Place the filled wrappers on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or til golden brown.
- 5Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
