Chilled Strawberry Soup
Note: I only use 1 & 1/2 cup of sour cream, not 2 cups, just out of preference. However, the original recipe calls for 2.
How to Make Chilled Strawberry Soup
- 1Mix the sour cream with the whipping cream gently. Then add the strawberries & mix well.
- 2Add burgundy & sugar, mix, & refrigerate or serve immediately.
- 3Optional: Whip 1 cup of whipping cream stiff & then mix in 1 cup of sour cream. Place a heaping spoonful of this on top of each bowl, if desired.
