How to Make Cherry Kuchen
1Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients.
2More flour may be needed. Knead the dough like bread. Let rise.(1 hour)usually doubled Pumch. Let rise. (1 hour)
3Divide into two pieces. Press into sprayed pans. Pour on cherries or topping of choice. Let rise
4Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
5Topping: Remaining ingredients
Mix and cook until thick over medium heat stirring constantly. Watching for scotching.
