This is actually a recipe someone gave me when I was in Weight Watchers. Everyone who has eaten it loves it and never guesses it is a low calorie dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 large gala apples
- 1 cup minature marshmallows
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 ounces
- 1 cup walnuts chopped or pecans chopped
- 1 box sugar free butterscotch pudding
- 12 ounces lite cool whip
How To Make caramel apple salad

Step 1chop the apples unpeeled and cored

Step 2mix cruched pineapple, minature marshmallows,nuts together with the chopped apples

Step 3sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding over apple misture and stir well

Step 4Stir in the cool whip until all is mixed well. Refrigerate for about an hour. Serve.
