How to Make Brown Jasmine Rice with Dates and Sliced Almonds
- Put water, salt and rice in medium pot. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat. Cook 20 minutes then add the lemon zest, diced dates and almonds. Cover and cook 15 - 20 minutes longer or till done. Keep a check on the liquid, as you may need to add a little more water towards the end to prevent sticking.
