I love blueberries, found this in an old old cookbook and modified it to make it great.

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
blueberries, part thawed
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
pecans chopped
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
2 large
eggs
1 c
sugar
1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
butter, melted

How to Make BLUEBERRY CRUNCH

Step-by-Step

  • 1HEAT OVEN 325
    SPRAY 10 inch pie plate, cooking spray.
    SPREAD blueberries in pie plate.
  • 2SPRINKLE 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c nuts over berries.
  • 3IN A BOWL; COMBINE 2 eggs, 1 c sugar, 1 c flour, 1/2 c melted butter and cinnamon. BLEND WELL.
    POUR OVER BERRIES.
    BAKE 50 minutes.
