  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour or gluten flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or splenda sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 tablespoons chilled butter or light margaine
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk or 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or splenda sugar

How To Make blueberry cobbler (288 calories per serving)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. To prepare filling, combine first 4 ingredients in an 11x7-inch baking dish. To prepare topping, lightly spoon four into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  • Step 2
    Combine flour and next 4 ingredients(flour through baking soda) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Cut in the butter or margaine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resebles coarse meal. Stir in sour cream to form a soft dough.
