  • 1 1/3 c
    all-purpose flour or gluten flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 5 Tbsp
    chilled butter or light margaine
  • 1 c
    fat-free sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    fat-free milk or 2% milk
  • 1 tsp
    sugar or splenda sugar

How To Make blueberry cobbler (288 calories per serving)

    Preheat oven to 350F. To prepare filling, combine first 4 ingredients in an 11x7-inch baking dish. To prepare topping, lightly spoon four into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
