This recipe is similar to my mother's Apple Crisp and just as tasty. It is so much easier than baking a pie, in my opinion Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream would be a welcome addition, though it is wonderful on its own.

Ingredients
- 1 can blackberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make blackberry crisp

Step 1Lightly grease a regular sized loaf pan and empty the blackberry pie filling into the pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, granulated sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until completely combined.

Step 3Sprinkle the flour mixture evenly over the pie filling.

Step 4Bake uncovered in a 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the topping is a golden brown.
