How to Make Black Cherry Glace for cheesecake or ice cream
- 1Strain the juice from the can of black cherries and set aside to thicken into sauce
- 2In a small sauce pan, add the corn starch to the cold juice, then heat to thicken
- 3Add the sugar and the lemon and cook for 15 minutes
- 4Allow to cool then gently add the cherries back into the sauce and spoon over cheesecake or ice cream... or whatever!
