This bisquick blueberry cobbler is quick and easy- your friends and family will think you spent all day making this delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • BLUEBERRY COBBLER
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans,optional
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter,melted

How To Make bisquick cobblers

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 425^. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and the cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan; stir in blueberries and water Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients until soft dough forms, Drop dough by 6 Tablespoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. --- Note: For a faster method: Substitute: 21 oz. of your favorite fruit pie filling Heat pie filling to boiling in a saucepan. Pour into casserole dish. Continue as directed.
