This recipe is the "Piece de resistance" for any dinner party! My friends and family love it!

Ingredients

  • 12 medium crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 medium firm bananas, cut in thin slices
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 teaspoons fresh orange zest
  • - whipping cream, whipped
  • - toasted shredded coconut

How To Make bananas & chocolate crepes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Brush crepes with melted butter.
  • Step 3
    Place about 4 banana slices, 1/4 tsp orange peel and 1 tbsp chocolate chips in center of each crepe.
  • Step 4
    Fold 1 side up over the filling; tuck the ends in. Complete rolling with remaining side. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
