Bananas & Chocolate Crepes
firm bananas, cut in thin slices
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Brush crepes with melted butter.
3Place about 4 banana slices, 1/4 tsp orange peel and 1 tbsp chocolate chips in center of each crepe.
4Fold 1 side up over the filling; tuck the ends in. Complete rolling with remaining side. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
