Ingredients
- - non-stick vegatable cooking spray
- 2 - banana's,cut into 1-inch thick slices
- 1 - 16 oz bag frozen mango chunks,thawed
- 1 can peach slices,(15oz)drained and 1/4 cup juice reserved
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mango- flavored rum, (malibu)
- 2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
- 10 - mini crumb donuts
How To Make banana-peach-mango crumble

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray an 8-inch square baking pan or 8 small ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl,combine banana's,mango chunks,and peaches with the reserved juice,brown sugar,rum and tapioca. Stir mixture and spoon into prepared baking pan.Crumble donuts over top of fruit mixtures

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until fruit is tender and edges are bubbly. Serve warm.
