Unusual combo of fruits sounds good though.Found this recipe in my Semi-Homemade Cookbook (Money Saving Meals)

Ingredients

  • - non-stick vegatable cooking spray
  • 2 - banana's,cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 1 - 16 oz bag frozen mango chunks,thawed
  • 1 can peach slices,(15oz)drained and 1/4 cup juice reserved
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mango- flavored rum, (malibu)
  • 2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
  • 10 - mini crumb donuts

How To Make banana-peach-mango crumble

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray an 8-inch square baking pan or 8 small ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl,combine banana's,mango chunks,and peaches with the reserved juice,brown sugar,rum and tapioca. Stir mixture and spoon into prepared baking pan.Crumble donuts over top of fruit mixtures
  • Step 3
    Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until fruit is tender and edges are bubbly. Serve warm.
