non-stick vegatable cooking spray
banana's,cut into 1-inch thick slices
16 oz bag frozen mango chunks,thawed
1 can(s)
peach slices,(15oz)drained and 1/4 cup juice reserved
1/4 c
packed brown sugar
1/4 c
mango- flavored rum, (malibu)
2 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca
mini crumb donuts

How to Make Banana-Peach-Mango Crumble


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray an 8-inch square baking pan or 8 small ramekins with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • 2In a large bowl,combine banana's,mango chunks,and peaches with the reserved juice,brown sugar,rum and tapioca. Stir mixture and spoon into prepared baking pan.Crumble donuts over top of fruit mixtures
  • 3Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until
    fruit is tender and edges are bubbly. Serve warm.
