This recipe was given to me by a friend. Joyce Hensley...it sounds like a crazy mixture but it is delicious!

Refrigerate/Freeze

Ingredients

2 can(s)
apricots 17 oz with peel and heavy syrup
1 can(s)
crushed pineapples 15.5 oz
3/4 c
mini marshmallows
2 pkg
orange jello

TOPPING

1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
plain flour
1
egg beaten slightly
1/2 pt
whipping cream
1 pkg
american cheese shredded
2 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Apricot Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thicken first three ingredients on Medium heat stirring constantly. After thickened stir in two Tbl Butter.
  • 2Let Cool, whip the cream and blend with topping.
  • 3Spread on the Firm Jello and Grade cheese thickly on top. Chill Until Ready to Serve.
