Ingredients
- 2 - red apples
- 1 - juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup walnuts - chopped
- 1 sprig fresh parsley chopped well
- 1/2 cup grapes - cut in halves
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
How To Make apple walnut salad

Step 1Soak the walnuts for 1 hour. Drain, rinse, then drain again. Cut the apples into bite sized chunks and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over top. In a large bowl combine the soaked walnuts and the apples with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Serve chilled.
