1/3 call purpose flour

1 1/2 call purpose flour

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 tspkosher salt

1 1/2 coatmeal

1/2 lbcold butter

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make Apple, Pear And Cranberry Crunch
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large oval or 0x13 pan with a non stick spray.
- Mix all the fruit and place it in the baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal, cinnamon and butter in bowl of Kitchen Aid and with paddle attachment, mix on low one minute until the mixture crumbles.
- Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for 50 minutes.
