How to Make Apple Cream Tart
- Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Press into spring form pan 1 inch up the sides. Arrange sliced apples over cruse. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Beat cream and yolks together. Pour over apples and bake until apples are tender and filling is set. Approx. 15-20 min. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
