apple cranberry casserole
Fall in SW Michigan has so many flavors and smells. I don't particularly enjoy the cool weather, but I love the colors and tastes that come with fall harvest and the cooking and baking that begin the holiday season. Last year I was looking for a recipe to combine my enjoyment of apples and cranberries that would be tempting for the rest of my family as well. As my usual style, I searched the internet, recipe sites, and blogs until I found a few recipes that I could meld together to make something tasty and nutritious. I hope your family enjoys this as much as mine did.
