Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen peaches, diced
- 1 cup splenda
- 3/4 cup plus 3/4 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup smart balance margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
How To Make all natural peach squares

Step 1Prepare the filling: Bring the peaches, 1/2 cup splenda, 3/4 tablespoon flour, and 3/4 cup water to a boil in a double boiler. Stir continuously until thickened.

Step 2Prepare the crumb base and topping: Combine oats, margarine, 1/2 cup splenda, 3/4 cup flour, baking soda, and vanilla; halve the mixture. Place half in the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish. Layer the thickened filling on top. Add the remaining crumb base to the top. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
