Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp couscous
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
How To Make rice pudding

Step 1Heat the milk in a small saucepan until just boiling. Stir in couscous, brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and cover with a tight fitting lid. Allow to sit until milk is absorbed (about 10 minutes).

Step 2Stir in yogurt and serve warm. Sprinkle top lightly with more cinnamon, if desired.
