rice pudding
I am making this soon...my Hubby LOVES rice pudding and I hope I like it this way...I just cant get past the "sweet" taste of whole rice grains....my fingers are crossed for this one!

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic rice and shine cereal
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make rice pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 1 quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add milk and stir. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and simmer until thickened.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in honey, eggs and vanilla. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold.
