1/2 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Raisin Bread Pudding
- Preheat oven to 350'
Grease a 1 quart casserole dish
Place half the bread cubes in it.
In a small bowl, combine, applsauce, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Spread this mixture over bread cubes.
Top with the rest of the bread cubes.
Dot with butter.
Place the remaining ingredients (eggs, milk,sugar and vanilla) in a bowl.
- Pour over bread cubes.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold with whipped topping or ice cream.
