Ingredients
- 8 slices raisin bread
- 2 cups applesauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups milk
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make raisin bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350' Grease a 1 quart casserole dish Place half the bread cubes in it. In a small bowl, combine, applsauce, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 2Spread this mixture over bread cubes. Top with the rest of the bread cubes. Dot with butter. Place the remaining ingredients (eggs, milk,sugar and vanilla) in a bowl.

Step 3Pour over bread cubes. Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping or ice cream. Enjoy!
