Chia seeds a health food? Well who thunk it?? It is kind if different, the chia seeds. One more thing I've said it before but it bears repetition…this needs to chill. 6 hours is good BUT...overnight ? It's always the best option when you want achieve some texture to your creation

Ingredients

: 2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk beverage (used almond breeze) 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries or raspberries 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 tbsp stevia (or sugar/honey to taste) 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Over night chia pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix everything in a mason jar.
  • 2Shake we'll , sit it in your fridge for half hour .
  • 3Take it out and repeAt #2, thus your 2nd shake. Return it to the fridge and let it sit overnight, min 6 hours
  • 4Top it with berries and serve.
