This is one of my all time recipes from my own cookbook number one. My family and friends love this tart and sweet dessert..Great for buffet table during the holidays....

Ingredients

20 oz
can lemon pie filling
8 oz
container whipped topping,thawed
20 oz
can fruit cocktail, well drained
20 oz
can pineapple chunks, well drained
11 oz
can mandarin oranges sections,drained well
2/3 c
more or less mini marshmallows
1/2 c
more or less flaked coconut
1 small
package slivered almonds,optimal for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Mix pie filling and whipped topping folding to blend.
2Fold in well drained fruit, marshmallows and coconut. Gently stir.
3Pour into beautiful glass bowl and chill covered until ready to serve. Sprinkle top with the slivered almonds to serve. Enjoy!
