Ingredients
- - 4 cups peeled and grated raw sweet potatoes
- - 1 cup sugar
- - 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - 3 eggs, beaten
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - 1 cup milk
- - 1/2 cup orange juice
- - 1/2 cup melted butter
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
- - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make grated sweet potato pudding

Step 1First mix the milk and orange juice in a medium bowl to put the potatoes in as you grate them to keep them from turning dark.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a buttered baking dish.

Step 3Bake for 55 to 60 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Open oven door and stir occasionally during baking time.
