How to Make Grape-Nuts Pudding


  1. Butter a 2 quart baking dish and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk eggs with the dry ingredients. Then whisk in the milk.
  3. Pour a thin layer of cereal into the baking dish, barely covering the bottom of the dish.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the cereal.
  5. Bake 30-40 minutes until mostly set but still jiggly in the center.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
